Tanaya Morgan Williams is a 7X award winning interior designer with over 20 years experience in the residential and homebuilding industries. As a 2003 graduate of Brenau University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design, she began her career with a local homebuilder designing spec & model homes, and assisting buyers in selecting their interior and exterior home finishes. During this time, she designed over 50 communities, and met with over 400 buyers from diverse backgrounds gaining valuable insight into the psychological and aesthetic desires of homeowners. This insight has allowed her to truly understand her clients needs, desires and goals.
Her designs were awarded 2 times by the Georgia Design Awards capturing Silver & Bronze in their interiors and remodeling categories in 2024, and 5 times by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilding Association including Gold and Silver Obie awards for Best Interior Merchandising in 2005, 2014, 2015 & 2016 respectively. As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) she also assists numerous local and national homebuilders & investors by creating designs that minimize flaws and maximize strengths within a floor plan, and is consistently the go to professional when showcasing their premiere properties.
In addition, she has been published by Atlanta Magazine Home (currently Georgia Design Magazine), and was frequently called upon by the Atlanta Journal Constitution for her expertise in predicting upcoming trends in the homebuilding industry. She was also sought out by HGTV’s House Hunters Renovations’ television producers to design a renovation in Fayetteville, GA which aired on the network on August 31, 2019.
